1/700 HMS Wild Goose 1943 (Imperial Hobby Production)

My latest build, the Imperial Hobby Productions 1/700 HMS Wild Goose
1943, a Black Swan class escort sloop. Although the kit is no longer available,
it is well cast and detailed for a limited run kit. I used WEM 4" guns
with added brass barrels, the WEM Black Swan class PE detail set, Gold
Medal 20mm guns, carley float racks and depth charge thrower racks, scratchbuilt
the mast and used stretched sprue rigging. Niko's very nice 40mm Bofors
replaced the cast metal kit parts and Floquil and Testors paints were used
to replicate the Western Approaches camo scheme. A special thanks to Mike
McCabe from Finewaterline who helped me to figure out the correct color
scheme for this build.
