1/210 USS Monitor and 1/300 CSS Virginia (Lindberg)
I purchased this kit off ebay and was shocked to hear that my dad had built this exact same kit back when he was in Jr. High as a school project. That was sometime in the late 1960s. Even the box was the same as he remembered. For being an old kit the pieces fit together quite well. There was a little puddy that was required to fill in the gaps but once smoothed down and painted over I like what came out. This is the first model i've built where the flags were plastic and required painting. I was quite impressed with how easy it was to achieve the desired result for those. All in all they are great little models to build and make nice accents to wherever I display them.
