Model built from the box. The model is converted to R/C with an electric motor. I wanted to create a model that could be properly exposed even in static exhibitions.
R/C conversion for this boat was considered an impossible, because of the small size. I used an electric motor with a diameter of 6mm.
I with my homemade vacuforming machine I enclosed the engine, while the rudder was carried out with home photoetching. Inside the hull, I installed a receiver, a speed controller with reverse gear, a servo for the rudder and a LiPo battery. This model was made for my club "Associazione Modellismo e Storia DLF Pontassieve" - Firenze, Italia
