1/48 Tirpitz 15" Turret (Scratchbuilt)
I'm not sure why I did this. I am normally a 1/48 armor and aircraft builder. I suppose it was just to do something a bit different. The running joke amongst my modeling friends is that it is a diorama base for the Tamiya FlaK gun. I have already started another turret, this time from the Yamato. Next up, the Iowa class.
