He is 27 and he has built kits for 21 years. He doesn't have static models only but he builts RC models too. He was a participant of several international and Hungarian competition in the past 3 years and he won many medals and diplomas with this model as you can see it in one of the pictures. He is the member of the modeler's society of the Csepel Polytechnical Secondary School. This RC model is one of his works. You can see the technical details on this page: http://ingyennet.hu/~cavman/Flott/lapl.htm. The text is written in Hungarian but if you have any question just leave a message for me on the message board of this site ! This would be the article. Now let me write a few words about the ship (or boat?). This is a riverine minesweeper of the Hungarian Armed Forces. Her correct name is AM-22 Óbuda. The AM is the Hungarian abbreviation of the minesweeper. Her displacement is about 70 or 80 tons and armed with one quad machine gun on the front and two single on the right and left side of the stern ( the two "pipes" covered with the camouflaged loose cover! ). Unfortunately she isn't in active service now because the riverine unit of the HAF was dissolved last year.
