1/131 USS Defiance PG-95 (Revell Germany)
This is the Revell 1/131 scale USS Defiance PG-95 kit with some modifications and enhancements. Revell did a good job with this kit and it is a great start for some easy scratch built enhancements. Call sign flags and squadron insignia markings were made on a HP inkjet printer. Other markings are kit decals and dry transfer numbers. Railings are cut down 1/96th scale generic PE. Navigation and mast lights are small coloured glass beads. The air intake screen is a generic PE item. Gun barrel is a brass tube. Finished in Testors Model master enamels with very light black wash and sealed with Krylon flat clear. Your questions, comments, and suggestions are always welcome!
