1/64 HMS Beagle (Mamoli)
The barque, HMS Beagle was built around 1817. Used first as a coasting vessel with 8 cannon , it was subsequently equipped for scientific observations which led it across the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. After conversion, it's guns were removed around 1831, when she sailed from Plymouth, England for a long exploraton voyage with the famous scientis Charles Darwin onboard.
