Cog was mainly a transport ship with a deck, just one mast and raised platforms in the bow and stern. Here is a cog in the fleet of Henry V during the Agincourt campaign (1415). The ship shows several shields with English coat of arms, the royal banner (Plantagenet coat of arms) and the Robessart banner.
