This was an old "Heller Cadet" kit of a galleon called Marie Galante. There's a Caribbean island by that name, and it's probably graced many ships - though the only one I could find record of (from the era this ship appears to represent) is a French ship in one of the Horatio Hornblower novels.
Absent any other reference, I painted her to match the attractive box art. Shrouds and ratlines were done as usual on the dreaded Airfix loom.
In one picture, I posed her with a penny for scale and also the LifeLike Bon Homme Richard I completed a while ago.
