1/174 Subchaser SC-96 (Glencoe)
This model was built from the old Glencoe Subchaser kit. I modified the kit with minor odds & ends as well as adding an interior to the Pilot house. The 3"/23 cal. Poole gun was enhanced with more detailing, including a barrel extender to make it more to correct shape, and a stern depth charge rack put together from a Revell Korvette left overs. The kit came with large flat rail stanchions molded to the hull halves. I replaced them since they kept breaking during the build up. The red depth charge ordnance was called upon on the box art and instructions.
