1/16 Trent class life boat "Blue Peter 7" (Model Slipway)
These boats work very closely with the coast guard and there are several of them dotted around the country. They are capable of 25 knots and are very manouverable, this is well represented in the model as she is superb on the water. The Royal national lifeboat institution is a voluntary service in Gt Britain and welcomes donations from home and abroad. The model is at 1/16th scale and is built from a MODEL SLIPWAY kit, she makes for some colour after all the grey funnels that I build. I hope you like them, although not a warship, she is a service type vessel.
