SS Storskär is one of the several archipelago steamers which are
based in stockholm, Sweden. It is now in it's 99th year of running
service with the Waxholms steamers, which were established in 1868
for the local traffic and today it is one of the largest steamer
pacts still operating, with around 20 operating vessels.
The Storskär was built in 1908 in Gothenburg,Sweden and then operated
as one of the real workhorses of the pact up to the early 1980's she
now operates during the spring and summer period daily.
SS Storskär

Dimensions 39m long and a beam of 7m

She is built overall using plastic card and paper some finer details are from various kits like floats and lifeboats the PE is from WEM providing details like doors and railings also the water on the base is made from modeling clay and there are also a few figures from GMM and finally the rigging is from stretched glue.
So to conclude I am fairly happy with the outcome which was done over
a period of 5 hours in 3 days so it was a overall success.
