1/700 USS Fulton AS-11 (Scratchbuild)
AS-11 Fulton served the Navy from 1940 until decommissioning in 1991, going from the era of "S-boats" to nuclear powered submarines. My model of the Fulton, which I once saw and photographed in harbor at San Diego in 1968, is made of balsa, sheet plastic, note-card paper, and parts-box items. I have a Pit-Road WWII sub and a scratch-build WWII sub alongside Fulton.
