1/350 Typhoon SSBN (DML)
The Hunt for Red October has been one of my favorite movies ever since my dad took me to see it as a kid, I read the book in 7th grade and its one of the few books i've read multiple times. So it was only a matter of time before i decided to build a typhoon. I built this one back in 2004 while I was a sophmore in college. I built it straight out of the box and actually enjoyed it quite a bit, eveything fit together really nicely and i loved the open missile tubes (or miss-aisle, as Sean Connery would say) and when you retract the bow planes the 2 torpedoes come out.
