1/240 USS Gato SS-212 (Lindberg)
While i will say that my attempt at this very uninspiring kit does not hold a candle to the Lindberg USS Gato constructed by Paul Helfrich , I was a bit pressed for time doing this one and only had about 6 hours to do it. I plan to do it again some time soon and will try to do a better job, fun kit for sure but you wont be pleased if you built it out of the box I had to add railings around the tower, flag, antennas and a better paint job just to feel comfortable. Its more like one of those hulls you buy for supersize model building that doesent come with any other parts, You have to build it from scratch from the deck up.
