Here's the venerable old Revell "Lionfish" kit. Except for some rigging, this is a straight-from-the-box build. That means you get a fairly accurate hull, but overly heavy rails and propeller guards, and not especially detailed guns. It's still a great kit, and there are many aftermarket accessories available today that allow a more accurate rendition to be made.
The real Lionfish is now a museum ship moored at Battleship Cove in Fall River, Massachusetts.
