This was the old BWN USS Dallas resin kit. It had some issues, the most glaring was the thick cast plug that ran the length of the hull. Had to break out the dremel to grind most of that down before sanding it smooth. Also, the Dallas was a Flight I Los Angeles sub, and this kit had details for the launch tubes on the bow, which the Flight I¢s did not have. Fortunately they were raised details that were easily sanded off. The kit also did not come with decals, so I had to scrounge the parts box for those. There was also a deep trench along the blister that runs along the hull, so I filled that in. But, after it was complete it built into a nice little model. The only added details beside the decals were some little resin figures. I was able to complete the whole project from box to display case in one day.
